$199,977 recreation and parks planning project advances to council

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle Parks Board considers $199,977 comprehensive recreation and parks planning project. Recreation and Pool Manager Anne Monko reported the community pool operated 80 of 84 days in 2025, averaging 239 daily patrons, with 75 percent satisfaction in an Engage survey. The Selection Committee recommended consulting firm evolveEA to lead the 14-month comprehensive plan, pending Borough Council approval on February 12, which will assess facilities, accessibility, program equity, and develop a maintenance management plan.
