Carlisle Authority approves cell tower easements and lease amendments

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle Municipal Authority approves telecommunications easement to P3 Towers and AT&T lease amendments. The board unanimously granted a telecommunications easement to P3 Towers on the Allen Road West End Tank property and authorized Solicitor Dru Miller to revise the AT&T lease agreement for Ridge Street, revising permitted-use language and clarifying cost responsibility for future equipment relocations. Water Resources Director Maurita Abeln and Lead Operator Jeff McKenzie reported on ongoing water main replacements, tank replacements, and a PFAS treatment plant project.
The board took no action on a TowerPoint proposal to purchase the Authority's cell phone leases.
