Carlisle Authority holds reorganization, approves wireless agreements

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle Authority reorganizes, approves wireless partnerships. The Municipal Authority held its annual reorganization on January 21, retaining Justin Doty as president, Andy Yencha as secretary, and Kevin Weddle as treasurer, while appointing Kellan Lowe as vice president and Dru Miller as solicitor, all unanimously. The Authority also approved specific terms for a T-Mobile lease on the Penn Street water tank and authorized solicitor Miller to negotiate a cellular monopole agreement with Rise Up Towers on the Ridge Street property.
Water Treatment Plant Lead Operator Jeff McKenzie reported the addition of new operator Corey Bachtell and ongoing quarterly maintenance.
