HARB approves five projects in March meeting

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle Historical and Architectural Review Board approved five Certificate of Appropriateness requests at its March 2 meeting. Chair Thomas Easterly and members Joshua Dourte, Doug Heineman, Jordon Holley, Martin Siefering, and Alyssa DeBlasio voted unanimously on all approvals, with Vice Chair Ed Hazel absent. The board approved comprehensive renovation work at 4 North Hanover Street including roof replacement, chimney repointing, window work, and removal of a one-story lean-to addition.

Waveland Properties, LLC received approval for a hanging bracket sign at 141 West High Street subject to Zoning Officer lighting review. David Bender's window replacement at 177 East Pomfret Street and Jexzect Properties, LLC's shed demolition at 79 East Pomfret Street also received unanimous approval.
