HARB approves five property modifications; tables shed application

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle HARB approves five historic property certificates in single meeting. Chair Thomas Easterly's Historical and Architectural Review Board unanimously approved certificates of appropriateness for a sign at 204 North Hanover Street, a two-story addition with beaded-style siding requirements at 79 East Pomfret Street, awning demolition at 219 North Hanover Street, door and roof replacement at 64 South Pitt Street, and emergency roof repair at 174-176 East High Street. The board tabled an application from Antone Araman for a shed at 55 East Pomfret Street, expecting the applicant to reappear at a future meeting.

All five approved votes passed unanimously on voice tallies.
