HARB approves four certificates; tables Araman shed request

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle board approves four historic district property certificates in April meeting. The board unanimously approved applications from the Susquehanna Regional Transportation Authority to install an 81.4-inch Rabbit Transit ticketing machine at downtown Courthouse Square, from Paul and Susie Cherchuck to replace siding and garage doors on Mulberry Avenue, from Sterling Property for a hanging wooden sign at 231 North Hanover Street, and from Jennifer Oles for an in-kind porch railing replacement on South Pitt Street. The board tabled an application from Antone Araman for a shed at 55 East Pomfret Street after no representative appeared to present it.
