PA CARLISLE — Carlisle HARB approves landscaping privacy plan for school. The board voted unanimously to approve a request from 3T Investors to install landscaping creating privacy behind the existing fence at 45 South West Street, modifying the original application for a privacy fence. The board also unanimously approved a sign installation request from Jessica Whysong for 30 West Pomfret Street and voted unanimously that a request from Bosler Memorial Library and Carlisle Arts Learning Center for a temporary art and sidewalk display at 158 West High Street is not subject to HARB jurisdiction.
