PA CARLISLE — The Parks and Recreation Board heard updates on Rotary Club-funded landscape improvements and a comprehensive recreation plan. Director Andrea Crouse reported that the department received Rotary funding for landscape improvements including enhancing the pool's front beds with new plantings and a new tree, plus two additional trees in borough parks. The board suggested adding pet-waste bag stations at borough parks to encourage cleanup.
