AGENDASMINUTES learn more · Meeting of June 25, 2026

PA CARLISLE — Carlisle Planning Commission unanimously endorses Sheetz convenience store demolition and rebuild plan. The commission recommended Council approval of a Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan from Integrated Consulting on behalf of Sheetz, Inc., to demolish the existing approximately 7,298 square foot building at 1900 Ritner Highway and replace it with a new approximately 6,872 square foot structure, plus new fuel and car wash canopies. Lee Winton moved for recommendation subject to 19 staff-recommended conditions and four ordinance waivers exempting the project from public outreach and modifying stormwater standards; Chair John Werner seconded.

The Borough Engineer supports the waivers.
