Planning Commission recommends approval of two Carlisle major projects

PA CARLISLE — Planning board approves two major Carlisle projects unanimously. The Borough Planning Commission recommended Council approval of Point Plaza, LLC's subdivision of its 800 East High Street property into two parcels totaling 14.2 acres with a dedicated right-of-way, with Chair John Werner, Vice Chair Lee Winton, and members Tom Coolidge, David Maher, and Martin Siefering voting unanimously to recommend approval. The Commission also unanimously recommended approval for Carlisle Area School District's land development plan for a new middle school southwest of Waggoner's Gap Road and Interstate 76 as part of district enrollment reorganization, presented by Superintendent Dr.
